Our machines are capable of producing nonwoven fabrics ranging from 120 grams per square meter to 2,000 grams per square meter. Lightweight and thin fabrics are typically used as surface layers for automotive interior parts such as headliners and rear package trays. Heavier and thicker fabrics are used for components like floor carpets, trunk mats, and seat back carpets. The fabric width can be adjusted from 1.25 meters up to 2.00 meters, depending on customer requirements.
We offer three main types of fabric coloring processes:
1. Yarn dyeing – where yarns are dyed before being woven or knitted into fabrics.
2. Piece dyeing – where fabrics made from natural or white yarns are dyed after being constructed.
3. Printing – pigment printing can be applied to the surface of the fabric.
For nonwoven fabrics, colored fibers can be needle-punched into fabric form. Alternatively, white nonwoven fabrics can be printed across the full surface.
We specialize in needle-punched nonwoven fabrics. We also produce sound absorption felt (SA felt) and offer various types of lamination such as latex back coating, LDPE coating, mass backing, and PE powder application.
We currently offer three main product categories:
1. Needle-punched nonwoven fabrics for automotive interior linings
2. Woven and knitted fabrics for automotive seating
3. PU and PVC synthetic leathers for automotive seating and interior linings
